Waters Edge is a new development of 5 contemporary apartments and 2 detached high specification homes by Lifestyle Homes and Developments LTD. The development itself is located on the edge of the estuary in Falmouth.
We were asked by Lifestyle Homes and Developments to produce a full marketing suite to showcase the development to potential buyers. The marketing suite included; development branding, a brochure, Exterior CGIs, Interior CGIs and a location film.

For the development branding, Waters Edge needed to showcase the location of the development as well as the contemporary high specification of the homes.
We created an icon which represented the rolling hills and estruy that can be seen from the development. The icon itself has a golden colour palette which reflects the high specification of the homes.
The icon has been paired with a white capitalised san serif typeface and placed on a dark blue background, giving the brand a contemporary feel.
How stunning are these Exterior CGIs!
In order to showcase the development within its surroundings, we needed to create a series of Exterior CGIs.
The CGIs needed to showcase the contemporary architectural design of the Waters Edge homes as well as showing the waters edge location, giving an insight into the lifestyle that is offered.
For the interior CGIs, we focused on apartment 1 and 5.
With two very different interior styles, it gives an idea of the lifestyle that each of the apartments could offer.
The views are captured as they will be from each room, giving a true representation to potential buyers before build.
The brochure has a clear focus on the location of the development, showing the local key connections and is suggestive of the unique Falmouth Lifestyle.
We have used the brand blue throughout to give the brochure a high end contemporary feel.
Large imagery has been used throughout the brochure to showcase the lifestyle on offer as well as the CGIs.
The floor plans needed to be clear, easy to read and legible to all viewers.
We used the brand blue for the walls and interior details, whilst using different colours for the floor spaces showing the different areas of the homes.
For the room labels we used the brand font, maining sure that all of the marketing materials are consistent throughout.
Situated a stone’s throw away from the beach in Bude – its key selling point, . Visualising this proximity was key to marketing the site; drone footage, CGIs and lifestyle clips brought together to seamlessly capture what’s on offer.
