Introduction

The Reach is a development boasting sea-view apartments in Salcombe, Cornwall who required a phased approach as apartments were ready for market.

Branding

The logo set the coastal scene depicting the tide lines on the sand. – the colour palette followed suit communicating the enviable location.

Exterior CGIs

Setting the camera from the point of the sea looking back at the apartments highlighted  how the apartments step out onto the sandy beach. Attention was given to the surrounding landscaping so it sits accurately in the existing space.

Interior CGIs

The contemporary interiors visualised truly sell the lifestyle up for grabs. The sophisticated natural materials and tones sit effortlessly to the backdrop of the sea view.

Brochure

The soft launch brochure advertised each apartment one by one with the CGIs, floor plans and copy tailored to suit. A diagram visualised its location within the building, resulting in all eyes being on the showcased property.
