The Heights is a unique development of individual barn conversions combined with new builds in an awesome sea-view, rural location on the outskirts of Plymouth. This was an evolving project, so we gave them a flexible package that grew as more dwellings were added, equipped with marketing materials to show off and advertise the properties off-plan.
The brand is about the location and the lifestyle offered, we felt it was important for the logo identity to convey this. The illustrative style with appealing neutral tones speaks of the view, whilst the paired contemporary typeface communicates the gravitas and luxury this development warrants.
The exteriors convey the beautiful barns with exceptional details of the materials and structure within situ.
The light and space is evident here, with the aspect and views from the windows being the key focus to speak to the potential buyers.
Drone photography was used to capture the site and then the CGI of the development was incorporated into the scenery to give an informative and stunning representation of how the site will look in its surroundings.
Introducing this site was not a hard task with it’s 360 degree views of the moors, city and sea. The footage was filmed to show the close proximity to the sea, along with the neighbouring golf course amidst the stunning green landscape where The Heights comfortably sits.
The brochure was created to tell the story of the development as a whole, whilst conveying the details of the evolving properties as and when they were required. From floorplans, imagery and site plan, the brand colours and assets continued to weave the story of this aspirational lifestyle on offer.
