Rosemoor, Ipplepen

Rosemoor is an exciting collection of eight luxurious energy-efficient eco homes set in the thriving village of Ipplepen, Devon.
These 2, 3, and 4-bedroom houses are designed by renowned Passivhaus architects Gale & Snowden. They are one of the leading environmental architectural studios in the country and create healthy, ecological designs that place people and the planet first.

One of the key design elements that we incorporated into the branding was a sophisticated color palette that added a high-end feel to the brand. We chose a combination of colors that complemented each other and conveyed a sense of luxury and exclusivity, which was in line with the brand’s values and target audience.
To further enhance the brand’s image, we added a rose petal shape detail within the logo, which served as a dot. This gave the brand an additional element that could be used within the marketing materials, such as on social media, packaging, or print advertisements. Not only did this detail make the brand more recognizable, but it also added a touch of elegance and refinement to the overall aesthetic of the brand.

Using an aerial CGI, we were able to create a comprehensive view of the site that provides a bird’s eye perspective of the entire development layout and landscaping. This was achieved even before any groundwork had begun, allowing us to visualise and plan the project more effectively.

By incorporating a street scene into the development’s presentation, we were able to provide a contextual view of the mix of property styles and layouts. This approach allowed us to showcase each house type’s unique qualities, catering to the lifestyle and needs of prospective homeowners.

The interior images of these new homes showcase the thoughtfully designed clean and comfortable living spaces, accentuating the abundant space and natural light available.

To effectively communicate the eco-credentials of the build, the brochure content included informative diagrams and effective copywriting. This helped to explain how the technology worked and why it was a worthwhile investment for prospective buyers.
