Perrantide
Perrantide is an exclusive new collection of nine luxury waterfront apartments just a stone’s throw from the popular seaside town of Bude, North Cornwall, with commanding views out over the Atlantic Ocean. We created a bespoke marketing suite, which showcases the development itself as well as the Cornish lifestyle it has to offer.
The first part of the process was the naming. Research is a key part of this process, taking inspiration from the local area, it’s history and the lifestyle, this is then presented to our client alongside our ideas.
Once the name Perrantide was chosen, for the branding We used a bold contemporary typeface and paired this with an abstract line icon, this is reflective of the coastal location of the development as well as its architectural design.
The exterior CGIs display the contemporary design of the development, capturing key details like the outdoor space, surrounding views and the large floor to ceiling windows.
Working with our interior designer, we created CGIs to reflect the contemporary living available in these open plan, high spec spaces.
Our artists ensure they capture every detail, from the views and soft furnishings to the reflections and lighting. Everything is created to be accurate and inspiring.
A website allows the client to showcase the whole marketing package all in one place, as well as selling theCornish lifestyle.
We created a series of icons that highlighted the key areas of the development, therefore allowing the reader to know key information as soon as they opened the website. Using large imagery and minimal text allowed the CGIs to do the talking.

A brochure was created that contained all of the information about the development, from floor plans to CGIs. We also included key information about the local area, including places to visit and key points of interest, allowing a potential buyer to learn of the lifestyle on offer.
A location film is great for introducing a development, to be seen on the website and across social media channels. The film focuses on the local area of Bude, displaying surrounding beaches and activities, really giving a potential buyer an idea of what it would be like to live there.
