Field

Horndon Field is a five-house development in an idyllic village in Woodbury, Devon. These elegant contemporary homes needed an identity and marketing to suit, capturing the lifestyle and interior style these individually designed houses offer.

Branding

The brief was to create a brand that represented the ‘country living’ lifestyle but also the classic contemporary interiors that have been thoughtfully implemented by our interior designer. A serif typeface was paired with icons, created to represent each house giving them their own unique identity.

Exterior CGIs

The house types were visualised to show the detail and differences of each, the materials and textures realistically captured by our artists. The landscaping consisted of bushes, plants and trees to sit attractively in their environment.

Interior CGIs

Our interior designer worked closely with the clients to achieve unique styles within both house types.

A neutral colour palette was used with metallic accents, and lighting was used to give an opulent feel.

The brochure showcased the development with the icons helping to tell the story of the development. The colour palette informed the floor plans and site plan giving a cohesive brand feel throughout.

3D Site Overviews show properties in relation to the rest of the development, and this service really resonates with buyers. When faced with a 3D Site Overview, we tend to model the individual houses in separate files, so to optimise our workflow as best we can, and then reassemble them at the end for insertion into one mega file in order to render the chosen scenes. A high angle would commonly be used to maximize the viewing angle, looking down at the site, overlooking all aspects of the scheme.

Virtual Tour

The virtual tour helps the client to ‘step inside’ the development and get a feel of the layout and space. The interactive nature of being able to click into each space helps to visualise the development and capture the vision.

Working with Archilime was easy; from initial enquiry to final material handover, the process was
professional, excellent and fun! As a company we had decided to market our development a
different way, and Archilime were key to creating all the materials we needed to achieve this!

We worked with both the visualisation team and graphic design team to create everything we
needed, from development branding and brochure creation, to the interior and exterior
visualisations which showcased the homes final design.

Despite being across the whole team, the project always felt controlled and carefully managed
by Archilime, leading to a smooth handover of everything on time and to a standard we couldn’t
have imagined. We have loved being part of the process of designing everything and after only
6 days on Rightmove we had had 40 enquiries from Archilime produced materials only!
