Archilime Academy – Terms of Business
You can cancel a course of which you are enrolled on and be fully refunded of all course fees, providing you give The Archilime Academy at least 20 working days notice prior to the course commencement date.
Notice of Cancellation Given – Amount Payable
20 – 11 working days prior to course commencement – 50% of course fee
10 – 0 working days prior to course commencement – 100% of course fee
All cancellations must be received in writing and acknowledged by Archilime Academy in writing.
Confirmation of Enrolment by Archilime Academy
Once we have received your payment or agreement to pay, we will confirm your reservation. We will email you a confirmation package, which includes a registration confirmation number, directions to The Archilime Academy training studio and if requested, accommodation booking information. If you have not received this package at least one week before your course is due to start, please call us on 01364 654 267. We recommend that delegates do not make travel and hotel arrangements without this confirmation package.
You may pay or agree to pay for the course by cheque (payable to Archilime Ltd) purchase order (in which case payment must be paid within 30 days of Archilime Academy’s invoice), credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB or American Express) or by Bank Transfer.
For all forms of payment, please include your name, course, course date and company (if applicable). The Archilime Academy reserves the right to refuse delegates entry if the payment has not successfully cleared on the morning of the course commencement date.
The Archilime Academy reserves the right to change prices without notice, however this will not affect any course you have already paid or agreed to pay for in writing.
Payments are accepted in GBP, Euro pricing is available upon request.

Transferring of course
You may transfer your course booking to an alternative date and incur no additional costs provided the request is made to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 20 working days in advance of your course commencement date. Once within this time period, unfortunately courses are unable to be transferred and full payment is required. Courses can only be transferred once.
