Here we have one of our favourite projects of the year so far; an incredible 5 bedroom property positioned right on the gorgeous north coast of Devon in Woolacombe. These stunning exterior and interior CGI’s are the results of a truly collaborative project between our client, their architects Oakwrights Architecture and our own in house creatives James Lycett and Lianne Currah.
Oakwrights experience in producing bespoke oak framed structures shines out in this property, perfectly complimenting the obvious natural beauty that this location provides. A concrete backdrop to the fireplace in the main living area is a visual anchor within the space, contrasting against the natural oak frame and enabling the transition from airy and light to cosy and relaxing.
One of the most enjoyable features of this property, aside from its incredible location and vision, was the opportunity for genuine creative collaboration when it came to the interior features. Our in house interior designer Lianne worked closely with our client to make sure that all interior design concepts were approved and loved whilst our Associate Creative, James made sure that every detail was created to the most visually stunning and realistic extent. An example of this is the painting in the kitchen, a CGI image of a landscape painting created by our client! This kind of stand out interior features is what makes this kind of project so exciting; the personal features that make the house a home.
We eagerly look forward to sharing more images from this project and have so enjoyed the entire process from initial architectural sketch to fully developed interior concept and designs.
