Sitting in the pretty village of Uffculme in Devon, this development will feature sixty homes of differing styles and sizes, making them perfect for single households, couples and families. These external CGI shots with full 360 panoramic views were created for Liverty to show how these variations will work in the space, and as well as demonstrate to potential buyers how the homes will look and feel.
The entire development is traditional in style, choosing to focus on functionality, comfort and affordability, as well as how the homes will sit within their rural environment.
The smaller homes are simple with white walls and window frames, and dark grey doors which match the slate of the roof. They also feature raised awnings above the cottage-style doors, giving the character as well as protecting the entrance from the elements.
Some of the larger homes in the development are detached with garages and drives for parking. Classic design elements borrowed from Georgian architecture such as columns alongside the front door and Georgian windows create a sense of luxury and heritage. The simplicity of these homes allows for some freedom with colour palettes so some features different colour exterior walls and paintwork while others have pastel coloured window frames and doors.
Within the developments, there are other larger homes which are also detached with parking space, but these feature bare-brick walls, and roof-conversion style second floors. The natural materials combined with the cottage style doors of these properties mean they sit in the rural environment with ease.
