The vegetation is created to represent the true context of the site, and the photo realistic finishes, with details such as the reflection of the water, bring this development to life.
Site development branding
We created a logo to reflect the lifestyle offered by this development. The marque represents the pattern made on the sand then the tide goes out, painting a picture of the walks along the beach as the waves lap at your feet. A coastal colour palette is used with sophisticated tones, paired with a contemporary delicate, but confident typeface.
Floor plan graphics
These apartments were related in phases, so each one was created using thin key line stokes and labelled with the brand font. A graphic was also created to depict where it sat within the development. Created in the same colour palette, the identity is carried across into the floor plans to present a cohesive brand.
Bringing the logo, CGIs, colour palette and copywriting together to tell the same story of this lifestyle on offer. The layout is sophisticated, using the logo style as a vehicle for the page headings.
