These external and internal CGI images with full 360 panoramic views were created to showcase Grenadier Estates development of flats and houses within the grounds of a listed school in Exeter which closed in 2013. Grenadier Estates are committed to their ethos of sustainability that benefits those living in their developments and the local community.
The entire project remains respectful to both the heritage and memory of the old school and the community in St. Leonards where it’s based.
The interior visualisations of the bedrooms illustrate how the development will be sympathetic to the history of the early 20th-century building. Blending the traditional with the modern, the interior rooms feature large floor-to-ceiling sash windows which allow natural light to flood in, classic mouldings that are faithful to the aesthetics of the building, and solid wood flooring. A concealed luxury en-suite bathroom sits behind the main bedroom making clever use of the space, allowing each room to function beautifully without interruption. The interior design uses neutral light tones of soft greys with elements of dark navy blue to add a luxe warmth, but is still something owners can put their own personal stamp onto.
We’re excited by our partnership with Grenadier Estates, giving them a chance to see their visions for this build come to life.
