Designed to showcase this converted barn in Ottery St. Mary in Devon, these external and interior CGI images were created with full 360 panoramic views, giving them a sense of how the building would look and feel, inside and out.
The development will be set amongst glorious Devonshire countryside, so the external CGI images show how the building will make the most of these views, with large windows framing the rolling hills, and a balcony terrace that sits over the garage giving some extra outdoor space and creating a great area for entertaining.
Sand coloured wooden cladding and a front door matches the soft beige of the exterior painted walls, and this is neatly juxtaposed with dark grey window frames, garage door and slate roof. This all creates a home that blends in beautifully with its rural environment, remains loyal to the heritage of the building, but still looks luxurious, making it perfect for modern living.
This contemporary classic theme continues inside, with emphasis on warm, neutral colour palettes and contemporary finishes, such as the glass stair balastrade and modern light fittings. The open plan living, dining and kitchen space is light and airy, which has been achieved by keeping the original structure of the barn roof and adding large fold-out doors which bring in plenty of natural light. The interior design is elegant and luxurious, but completely functioning for busy lives with a monochrome colour palette and luxe elements such as the dark grey kitchen island with marble worktop, wine fridge and a sunken sink.
