These external and internal CGI shots were created to showcase a high-end residential development of Quadrant Wharf in Plymouth. Situated in the Millbay region of town, this development features 137 apartments and split-level townhouses designed for modern city living.
The external CGI images demonstrate the contemporary linear architecture of the apartments. With features such as, glass framed balconies in different sizes, slightly smaller exposed balconies, and larger patio-like enclosed outdoor spaces. The neutral colour palettes of white, slate and terracotta are mixed with supple textures such as stone, glass and wood to create a design that is both warm and inviting, yet modern and luxurious. These apartments are set in the heart of Plymouth’s coastal quarter so it was important to our clients that the images show how the buyers would get the most out of the breathtaking quayside views. The four-storey townhouses are designed in a Scandinavian style with dark grey slate cladding, glass balconies and white walls.
The interior CGI images show how a standard sitting room in one of the apartments would look. Large doors lead to a glass balcony which extends the interior space and allows for ample natural light to flood into the room. Remaining loyal to the nautical roots of the location, the interior design features soft marine tones, with contemporary fixtures and fittings and light wood flooring, making the room calm and peaceful.
