Commissioned by Hereford Investors based in Plymouth, these interior CGI images show the development of Admiralty House.
Once the home to the Lieutenant Governor of the Plymouth Garrison, this 18th-century property is rich in maritime history as one of the most important locations for Plymouth’s naval past.
These CGI images show how the developers will add luxurious touches to the historic building, keeping sympathetic to its nautical heritage while making it work beautifully for contemporary living. In some rooms, the emphasis on the traditional is evident with classic mouldings and feature fireplaces that recall the buildings past. The open plan living spaces juxtapose these traditional elements with modern linear-style kitchens, muted contemporary colour palettes, and edgy statement lighting. With some rooms, functionality is paramount and the fitted wardrobes and entertainment centres allow for clutter-free living and make the most of the wall space, making them ideal for busy people.
We’re proud to be working with our clients on this project, providing high-quality interior design CGI and showcasing this development in all its glory.
